I have noticed that not all ships have the same cruise speed so I'm wondering, which one has the fastest?

Freighters and LFs have a cruise speed of 400

Well all light fighters cruise at 400
All freighters go at 395
but that is speed, maneuverability is another thing.
But with this light fighters can act as interceptors and smugglers in freighters can outrun the law.
