I'll restrain myself from making a Synthetic Marijuana joke and say I'm pretty sure the anti cheat software used on the server has been stated be able to determine the difference between speed modding and formation boosts.

No, the software cannot tell. If you go in formation cruise, you will be banned.

Its not againgst any rule its not even a cheat.
if your far away about 4 k and you go into formation you will boost into 420 so that you can catch up its not a speed mod.

Actually something I'd like to ask:
What about, lets say me and a buddy are chasing after another guy, we're 3k from him, too far to use CD.
My buddy's in cruise, the chasee is in cruise.
I form up on my buddy, so I'm going a good 420, then as I get close to him, I go into E kill, so the momentum keeps me going, and I end up overtaking my buddy, and getting into CD range of the person we're chasing?
Does that count as an illegal exploit?

Doesn't work.
If you want to engine kill, you have to return to free flight and as soon as you do, you slow down.

Not true. I've used formation cruise MANY times, as have many others. It will not get you banned... the program knows the difference. It's been discussed before.
