But not sure, that luxury type of liners are good with Corsair's or other unlawfull RP. Prison liner would be better in all way.

I think Lane Hackers will have powerplant nerfs because the two 0% slots are being taken by LH tech (guns, gunship) and BW tech (VHFs, etc), as the LH tech doesn't include anymore snub shipline so we should expect core nerf while using Debs.

Well then, where I can find info about? I though liners are liners because id's on wiki still have them separated, anyway admin input would be good to clear this.

They are transports. Any ID that permits transports is allowed to use them (as long as the cargo size restrictions don't get in the way).
