Update: tags shoud be [A] for Alliance (defending Sirius) and [C] for Coalition (attacking).
Sign up to join the battle for Coalition or Alliance. Your old charname, your new charname. That's all. So the post should be brief and look like

After there's a significant amount of people, I will implement the changes during one of server restarts. Later, if someone will wish to join or change side, the changes will be implemented after each server restart when required. So it shouldn't be more than 24 hours of waiting in any case.
