I humbly thank you honorable Katsu Mori-sama and I promise i will always look to better myself for honor and glory of Hogosha and Kusari. I would also like to thank all the Black Dragon Society members with whom I worked with these past few days, I learned allot and got to see the amazing Omricon systems.

Than I would like to report two incidents.

The first one happened in New Tokyo earlier today. While flying around in the Tokyo system testing my new thruster mechanism I ran into a Bounty Hunter near the Narita Outpost. Hes was trying to fine , under a threat of fire , a Reihland transport vessel. As soon as he saw me he lost interest in the Reihland transport. He than threatened me with destruction if i dont pay a fine of 500.000 credits. I said i wont do such a thing and that he has no such authority over me . I would like to mention that he was flying a Bottlenose - AP-200039 Bounty Hunter Gunship and that i wasnt carrying anything illegal nor did i provoke him in any fashion. He than immediately started firing upon me calling me scum and a criminal. I thank the gods my thrusters were working magnificaly as I managed to avoid his fire and susstain only minor damage to my Black Dragon. I tried to fire back but i concentrated on avoiding his shots and sending distress calls. Luckily a K.S.P officer answered and ordered the Bounty Hunter to stop. We were both than summoned to the planet New Tokyo to report to the K.S.P officer. After a long talk where the Bounty Hunter stated that he shoots at any criminal and K.S.P officers explanations that our society isnt considered a criminal one in Kusari, the Bounty Huter was let go with only a warning. I must confess i was a bit disappointed becouse he could have easily destroyed my beloved Black Dragon but i didnt complain , thanked the officer and headed down to New Tokyo for repairs .


The second incident happened not long after the first one. While repairing on New Tokyo a received a distress call from the same K.S.P officer. He said he was under fire by an Outacast gunboat in Kyushu near the Tsushima Depot. I immediately took off and fly to the said destination. When I arrived a saw two Outcast gunboats and a Sabre fighting the K.S.P official and a [8balers]Bounty Hunter. I immediately engaged the Outcasts. At first it was rough. We were taking heavy damage but than a Kusari destroyer came to our aid. The tide of battle turned quickly and we managed to destroy one Outcast gunboat while the other two, heavily damaged, took the opportunity and fled disrupting the lanes behind them . We said our thanks to each other and i headed for New Tokyo for some much needed sake.

I must apologize for the lack of guncam images but i experienced some kind of malfunction on my gun camera and was thus unable to provide some images. I will fix ti as soon as get some much needed rest.

For the end of this message let me state my concern about recent events involving some of the Bounty Hunters. They attack us for no reason in our beloved Kusari home. If any of our brothers and sisters would get killed in such encounter i would be devastated.
