When people, in a primarily English spoken community (at least by mutual agreement, and the fact that the mod/game is in English) expect people to understand the language of the moon of mars.... Or wherever else they come from.

This is not going to happen. Two people have been banned in the last week for making fun of people for having a bad grasp of English. Not everyone had English as their first language, and many have a hard time learning it. We are never going to tolerate trolling people for trying. I am not amused, at all.
Addendum: It's piss-poor form to make fun of a member who doesn't speak English as a first language. Even native speakers have issues from time to time. The purpose of language is to convey meaning. If that meaning is able to be grasped, then mission accomplished. Who gives a damn if it's grammatically perfect?
Asking for clarification is okay. Belittling members for their grasp of a given language isn't. Dab's got the right of it - it won't be tolerated.
