I am Paul du Champ of the legion, speaking on behalf of Lord Felanis.

In the past several months we have been working closely with the Les Libertonian entity known as Deep Space Engineering, commonly known as DSE). Though there have been several instances in which our two people's have met, not one hostile, we believe that now, despite the current genocidal conflict with the Gallic Royalist Government, to extend an olive branch alongside our Council counterparts into trade negotiations.

As of right now, we request landing permissions to the facility known as Stokes Smelter and Planet Leeds. In due time should relations continue to keep their worth, other area's hopefully under the arms of your Queen would be permitted between our people.
