Zoner 5kers and POBs - sindroms - 07-05-2012
If the station located in house space belongs to a Zoner group, can a Zoner 5ker treat it as a Zoner owned station and land on it?
Or can they could even land on any POBs within house space? Would make trade hubs a bit more...useful.

If the RP is worked out with the house the base is in I think they should. Would love to see some more trading-oriented stations.

hes asking specifics however, can a zoner 5k ship land on a Zoner Player owned station that would for example be placed in New york (to me the logical answer would be yes but some admin insight would be nice) the thing cannon said no to was to IMG bases and other bases specifically (atleast that is what it looked like to me)

Cannot dock in house space, except aomori, hood etc and *zoner bases*.
I don't see any reason why not if the base is a zoner base ( even though its within house space the ID allows docking on zoner bases ).

Second: It's too abusable, zoner NPC stations are placed where they are for a reason, and Zoners can't dock on even Zoner owned PoBs to prevent said abuse.

Zoners are trying to live outside of the regulated systems. Therefore it does not make sense in RP to build Zoner bases in house systems where they would undoubtedly subjects to house-laws. (Something that Zoners are actively trying to avoid).
There is (from the lore) not a single Zoner base within house-systems. Aomori is GMG owned, Hood belongs to IMG. The whole of Penn has only recently become protectorate of liberty, is, however, not considered house space.

About Penn:
Apparently Penn is still somewhat a self-governed system albeit under the "protection" of LPI and LN. However, the current RP is that Zoners are more and more leaving Planet Penn in order to avoid the scrutiny of LPI and LN.
