What about removing everybody's weapon in the conn ?
Seriously...go at 5k from the base. Pew pew your mate (or whoever you want to duel with and who accepts*). And the base will no longer be a problem.:cool:

8.2 [color=#FF0000] All attacks in Connecticut must be preceded by an agreement to such by all parties that will be involved in the combat. This does not have to be an RP agreement, just an agreement to start shooting.
8.3 Bad behaviour in Connecticut will be sanctioned under 1.2. Respect each other in there.

just to make u know.. MOST OF THE NOOBS HIDE NEAR THE BASE WHEN SOMEONE IS SHOOTING THEM SO THEY CAN MAKE THE BASE SHOOT THE OTHER ONE AND THEN THEY START SHOOTING !! :rtfm:

If you agree to have a fight with someone as is required by the rules, then they shouldn't be hiding by the base. So I'm guessing you are either not asking first or not bothering to tell them to move into the open if they don't do so themselves.
