The following factions are not meeting the minimum population requirement for their factions, that being having at least five active members:

You have 30 days to get more members as well as get your time over 30 hours. During this probation period, you will not have the ability to enact faction rights described under Section 4 of the Discovery Server Rules. EFL and CoM, it's been noted that you guys are under the 30 hour line too during this check. Both of you will be going up for your vote within the next 30 days, so I strongly advise you get that time up before then.

regarding the IND. yes, I agree we need more flight time. We ended today with 31 hrs and a few minutes. I will endeavor to get our flight time increased this next month.
