The war with the Rogues has become serious and after the loss of Atheus Outpost, there needs to be a change in the Legion's plans. A fake truce is proposed to the Rogues to buy some time to prepare new plans to fight the joint Rogue and Outcast forces. After everything's set, an attack party is prepared to attack a Rogue patrol that was flying near Vespucci jumphole in Humboldt thus terminating the negotiations with the Rogues and the war re-ignites.
