What it says. How do I go about editing the restarts? I see description, time stamp, name, etc. but how do i get the info to set these up?

Simple. You need to first get the DSAccountManager1.3, google up the name.
Then make a character on your server and find the .FL file in your multiplayer accounts belonging that character. Use the manager to tweak reputation and such and simply place it in the RESTARTS folder.
