To whomever in the Blood Dragons it may concern,
I had noticed in Newcastle that there was an Outcast by the name of "bledar" flying in a ship that my scanners identified as one that belonged to the Blood Dragons. As I was trading, I did not want to provoke him into attacking me, so I did not question him as to how he acquired the ship - although I have no doubt it was procured through dishonest methods. I felt it was appropriate to inform you of this; we wouldn't want anyone mistaking you for being involved with these drug infested gorillas, now would we?
