No, Corsairs and Bretonia generally team up, enjoy barbeques (don't ask where the meat is from, the Corsairs supply it) or do friendly matches against Molly's and the like.
Molly's changed policy only to hire SOBER pilots.

Last time we encountered Bretonia forces was in June-July at Omega 3....Smallwood base seige, shame I participated at it only one day.

Hey there - one of the biggest changes you'll probably notice is the addition of player owned and constructed stations. You'll need a whole heap of friends to run one properly though, seeing as their day-to-day requirements are a bit ferocious.
Pony pictures have their own little reservation in Flood as well. Moderators that find the cretins roaming the main forum are tasked with lassoing them and leading them back home. Shouldn't be too much of a problem.
The Mollys are still around as well, although the Molly Republic is gone. They've been replaced by another official faction, the [M]. If you like the NPC faction, you might want to give them a call.
The Corsairs still muster their big fleets, yes, but not so much rampaging around Bretonia. These days, it seems to be more to do with fighting Hessians or Bounty Hunters in Gamma.
