We will leave philosophical discussions on human nature and the necessity of warfare to academics and speak pragmatically.

<::The Armada needs to maintain it's supply lines to the High Omicrons and make sure that no AIs not under the Alliance's auspices can threaten Sirius. Such would be bad for long-term public relations. You know as well as I do that our goals are not the same, but this is more a benefit as we have calculated. The Armada has developed many of the same [Redacted] you claim to be working on, but we have no outlet for the general public.

<::We cannot be sure Doc Holliday is going to co-operate if our efforts are fully realized. We should hope you have no qualms about dealing in [Redacted] do you?

<::Our proposal is thus:

1: The Armada and Haimen Alliance will maintain a supply line to one another, based directly from Planet Gammu to the [Redacted] system.
2: A Joint Security Front will be established, and a military alliance will be made against mutual threats, including the [Redacted], and [Redacted] threats from Omicron [Redacted]
3: An observation and studies drone will remain active in Omicron Delta, both to study the [Redacted] and determine more about their intentions, and to maintain communications with the Alliance.
4: On the fourth note...

We need a large amount of [Data Expunged] collected and brought in from the High Omicrons. An excessively large amount in fact. Since the Alliance is already actively collecting the [Redacted], this should be no problem. It would, however, be necessary to increase the amounts to an "Industrial" level, so additional transports and possibly third parties would need to be brought in. Either the [Data Expunged] Department, or the [Data Expunged] would be ideal for this.

In return, we will assist you in constructing new and more advanced [Redacted] chassis for more efficient harvesting, and provide access to some of our own AI and [Redacted] technologies should you agree to help with the collection. This will be needed, as the larger [Data Expunged]

<::We will need the Alliance to do all of the Collection, as if it was known that we were behind it, then it would taint our attempts at communication with 'them', via the [Redacted], as well as draw paramilitary forces away from more important conflicts elsewhere. Of course, you will still receive all of the [Redacted] you need for your own experiments. If all goes as planned we should have more than enough.

If you provide us with that Information, we do not see a problem of signing this treaty.

<::As far as technology is concerned, the Armada has developed the same level of Cybernetics and Techno-organic computing that you yourselves have been. We already have fully operational systems in our arsenal, and have had for years. As well, we are continuing to research more sophisticated ALPHA code-based adaptive intelligences, AI Emotional patterns, Subspace computing, and functional Archanotechnology based on what we learned prior to the disappearance of [Redacted].

<::However, beyond tactical use, we have no public outlet for these developments. It is part of a long-term plan to gradually introduce some of these developments to the public at large. Something you are already doing. Due to the current situation within the Armada, most of this research has been placed on the back-burner due to a staff deficit and the time-sensitive nature of our operations in Kusari. Finding or creating a front elsewhere to go forward with this research may be a viable medium-term goal.

<::And regarding the shipments of [Redacted], the OSI or OZ zoners will be permitted to participate should they sign a strict confidentiality agreement. Though we would prefer that our own Logistics ships handle the [Redacted]. However, ship availability my be a factor.
