Alright OTF, we need a little talk. Today I launched from Toledo in my research vessel for standard routine check-ups. I noticed a smuggler passing through our space and entering our sacred home Omicron 100!
By law, all unauthorized vessels are prohibited from entering this space and must be killed on site! Not to mention smugglers should always be stopped and asked to turn around! As members of the Order, you are charged with the guarding of our home! This was in part your responsibility. I followed in pursuit this smuggler but he was to fast and passed right under your noses!
If you want to live with us, then you will have to know the rules and play by them! Incompetence will not be tolerated!
Take these words seriously, your actions have already costed far too many Order lives as it is and it is not something you should be proud of.

Today, while speaking with one of your members known as DarthSamy or something of the sort, Bs| and the Order is starting to believe that you are spies. You do not seem to know that Admirasl Dboy is fleet Admiral of Black Squadron, and leader of the Order! This "Chief" person has no power, as Dboy is at the head, followed by Admirals Helljumper, Ascendancy and Myself in that order.
We also recieved no paperwork or word of all your joinings of the Order, so we have liable reason to believe that you are all spies for Liberty!
This is also a message to anyone reading this! With this disturbing news, whatever "OTF" or "OTF_RU" forces you may encounter, they DO NOT speak for the order and are under questions as to where their loyalty lies. Whatever they say and/or do is not responsibility of the Order as these ships and pilots act for themselves!

Greetings , sir's. I'm wish not bother your work , I know that our elite wing's head admiral is having some trouble on Toledo and is there for unable to guide us in space these days. However the OTF problem you seem to be having is shared among others in HQ. Those pilots are simply there to kill everything they see and everything that is considered hostile to them. I've seen many atacks on Liberty aswell , we all know that humans , no matter how ignorant and bliss , are not to be killed without reason. But it seems that OTF members do not have access to these private comms. I am not sure they have read your warnings , sir's.

If I may add a little intel towards these unidentified individuals.
It may well be that they are liberty spies attempting to also disrupt the neutrality between the Order and the Zoners. In a recent scouting operation to gain intel on Nomad activities in the outer systems my ship was attacked while well within the 15k no fire zone of Freeport 11. As a matter of fact, I was within 200 meters of the station at the time. I informed them of the no fire zone regulation to which both of the OTF vessels continued to fire upon my ship. The only other possibility is infected humans placed in a position and vessels that could be used to gain intelligence on the Order and other factions for use later in another Nomad attack.
I do not find any evidence to indicate that any other factions besides Liberty or the Nomads are involved.

Admiral Sius Malacos of Black squadron has informed the Brotherhood of the continued problems with the OTF_RU in their space. Since Black Squadron was so kind as to render assistance when the Brotherhood needed it most, we will certainly and without hesitation return this favour.
This group of upstarts also firing on the Zoners is also outrageous and I extend the Brotherhoods hand in assisting both the Zoners and the Black Squadron against this threat. I have seen many times, OTF fighters being destroyed, and the moment the pilot is retrieved, he launches again and joins the fray again without any recovery time. I don't see how any human could do this, which leads me to believe they may have some nomad 'influence' about them..

As such, OPG will be treating them with extreme prejudice, we won't enter open warfare with them yet. If the Bs requests it after some more investigation, however, the OPG's ships are at your disposal.
