Nobody enforces this rule. Enforcing it A) is almost impossible and B) would result in half the server getting banned. However, just to be on the safe side, make a new account with FLAM.
Oh yeah, how do the [Core] plan on buying a system? I don't recall them being an official faction, and systems are official factions only...

You'd have a hard time proving someone is violating this rule. You'd almost need a snapshot of them confessing to it.

Its easy to do from admin side. Just find yourself three weeks to sort through all the accounts and look for tags!

Conflict of interest or what? Less work for the Admin team?

I -think- I have all my chars that are in system wning factions on different accounts... Not that is matteres that much. I don't see anyone getting sanctioned for it so don't worry about it too much.
