Need help from admins!!! - Geolog - 10-14-2012

Greetings,

I am missing a character from one of my account for code weapons storing. The ship was a CSV parked in Omicron Beta on Ruiz Station named Cortezen. The ship was a simple Outcast restart but the weapons on it were important.

If there is a backup of that character or if it can somehow be brought back to my account, I would be very thankful and happy.

If you had less than 10 minutes on the ship logged you may very well have lost it for good, due to the fact that those ships are kept in the system for only a matter of weeks before deletion. If you've got more them 10 mins logged then the ship will stay in the system for 6 months.

I don't recall exactly how much time I had on it, but am am certain I had more then 10 minutes since I stored 1 or 2 code on it every day for the last week. So there should be some 30 minutes to 1 hour of logged time on it.

Thank you for the info, but I still need Admin help for checking if the char is still retrievable.

They're gunna need the name of the ship so they can look into it. Also, if you haven't logged it in six months it got wiped due to inactivity (though it looks like you logged it in the last week or so from your posts).

As I stated in the first post, the character name was Cortezen
The ship was a CSV parked in Omicron Beta on Ruiz Station with a simple Outcast restart, and I have been using it for the past week and a little bit more for code storing, every day for 5 to 10 minutes, so there should be some 1 hour of logged time on it.

I hope this is all the necessary information needed, I will be checking this thread every hour to see if there is some news on my problem.

As others have said, we (the Admin team), will need the name of the ship in order to look it up and see what's what, and what can be done.

If you'd be kind enough to give me that, I'll try and help you out.
