We can't prevent you form hating someone, as we can't make you love something. However, you must not show that hatred here, directly, nor indirectly.
If a certain player insulted you *OORP, you may ask him to apologize, think, or you should also think what made him/her insult you. You can also post a rule violation report if the insult really was OORP and (the player, or the insult itself) has a bad influence on the whole community. Note that an insult is only an example, and it applies for anything that made you feel bad.
Issuing a bounty, especially on this part of the forum, isn't allowed. Except, of course, if the bounty is **inRP (issued for a certain player's character, not for the player). If you have inRP reasons (not driven by OORP insult, but by, for example, an insult which his character forwarded to your character, or, if his character destroyed your character's ship, etc), you may post a bounty on a certain character. However, don't do it here, for this isn't the part for it. Do it here. Oh, and don't forget to read this!

P.S. If Jblee! is, for example, your dad, and he doesn't let you play FL because of bad marks - well, fix them! Your dad is right! Get off that computer and take a book!
If he is your son, and that's a way you punish him for bad marks - it's a good way, but you did it in a wrong section of the forum.
If he's your brother and he ate all your chocolate - he'll be the one to go to the dentist first. It's enough punishment.
