hessians and dragons dont like the love-affair outcasts have got going with the nomads
and on the opposite outcasts dont need any more enemies, especially when it will affect other diplomatic relations (GC)
i think thats why things are how they are

There's a little more to it than that for the Dragons. Also the Hessians are more against the whole Cardamine thing as far as I am aware. I don't even think they would know about the Outcasts and their stance towards Nomads.

I don't know for the Hessians since they both fight Corsairs aswell as Millitary (OC sometimes), but Dragons don't like them 'cause of the Nomads.

Dragons as also allies of The Order, do not look fond on cardamine and Nomads. They tolerate only GC as pirates, due to alliance out of neccesity.
Hessians broke with OC due to RoS incident I believe. Way before it, Hessians blocked cardamine routes in their own turf, which did not made Casts fond of them.

i thought there was some stuff about RoS blowing the lid off the nomad-outcast thing to the hessians but i might be mixing stuff up.
before hessians and oc raided gamma together all day when they didnt have the jorm, and back then they had an agreement on no cardamine in rheinland (and still dont think there is any cardamine there - at least theres no decent cardamine-buying stations in rheinland to reflect this), so i dont think cardamine could be the reason for change in relations.

From what I've read, the Hessians allied with the Outcasts for weapons and assistance against the Corsairs. Not exactly sure of what happened between the factions or in-game, but at least inRP the Outcasts were trying to manipulate/replace the Hessian leadership so that they could smuggle Cardamine into Rheinland. The Hessians were enraged and cut ties, now they don't want to deal with the Outcasts and so don't let them on their bases.

Dragons do not like the Outcasts much from what I've been told. They tolerate their smugglers to the GC but will attack OC pirates - and disallow them from docking on BD bases. The rephack reflects that. Hessians... Outcasts and Hessians don't have an overlapping ZoI. I'm not sure why that rephack is set... probably was done at some point at the RHA's request after a bunch of Outcast ID'd players were launching out of their bases (to attack the Sairs from Omega space or something, I'm not sure).

If they broke alliances, does this benefit the Corsairs? Or would they laugh seeing Cardi routes to them being banned?
