As Universal Shipping steps out of Liberty's Governed Bounty Board. We accept that it is time to pay more for what you get. Will oversee the confirmation of posted bounties applied by this board and see that all payments that are completed myself. Listed below is information for Freelancers,Mercenaries and finally proud Bounty Hunters.
I urge all Freelancers, Mercenaries and Bounty Hunters O'loyal to Universal Shipping to bound forward and sign your name below. Groups or commercial identity's will have a 20 million (6 month administration limit fee ) After 6 months, a Commercial Licence will expire on this board and will require a re-licence for 6 months.

Circumstances: <tell what happened>titanium reaver was shooting a trader, then was shot down by black hoels. but came back again, then black holes sneaked on her then we spoke about silver and how much she has bounties. titanium wanted to shoot me but i wanted to shoot her too so and then i killed her.
