Centurion , Soldatos of the Corsair Brotherhood.
When I was attending yesterdays Council of Elders meeting it came to my attention
that sometimes the Corsair population needs a guiding hand ,
a push over the cliff in the right direction , as you may.
Therefore I am relieving you from military duty.
Instead you will all be known as the 57th Carabineros.
Your job is to make sure the Corsair law is absolutely followed,
withÃn the borders of our empire.
Centurion Rodriguez will be el comandante del 57th carabineros.
For now report with your fighters at Tripoli Shipyard ,
I've ordered sets of especial lightning systems that will identify you as carabineros.

I guess it mean that i leaving Mindelo for now but i would like to recommand, with your permission,Cesar 'Flipado' Gutierrez as my replacement as Commanding officer of the facility.
