RM BattleBrick in New Tokyo Orbit - Stealthsultn - 12-15-2012
I don't know if I'm overreacting or not, but are RM Caps allowed in Kusari space?
I've been away for a bit, but it seemed strange to me. Just want to make sure something didn't change or if RM can pass through KNF controlled space.
Should I report?

Yeh, IRP I was thinking aloud that he must be an envoy of some kind, altho Schlotzsky came on a Cruiser and I would expect that is the way RM rolls normally.

Eh that was campaign and it was also a diplomatic the admiral onboard was going to meet with President Jacobi. well we all know how that ended.
but nowadays i think most of the community regards a RM Cap in Kusari space as,
