There isn't. There is an active unofficial faction [Gaia]... or something like that, but with no big goals.

There's not been any significant effort since the Gaian [U]nderloch lost its officiality (or before then technically).
There are a few indies that I've seen, and then a few ships with the [Gaia] tag. The latter do RP fairly well and have a few members, but I believe I've killed all of them on my BPA at one point or another
