My Story is simple; My mother a Corsair who ran off w/ a dashing young freelancer smuggler (artifacts). They married and moved to Curacao, she took a job w/ the OSC and my pops sold smuggled goods to tourists. One of his best dealings was w/ the Junkers who would frequent the hotel.
I was initially interested in being an escort pilot for OSC, I spent three years on the Hawaii fighting Hogosha mainly until I was shot down by a corsair pilot I crashed into the Hawaii in a huge fireball... My mother's worst fears were that would happen, I spent months and millions of credits recovering.
I joined my father in the smuggling business, a bit jaded about my mothers people, she suggested I go on a run to Crete and see the starvation in areas, the powerful merchants and plantation owners, and the military drilling.
My months on Crete taught me why my one 1/2 fought so hard and didn't give an inch, the people of Crete had to fight for everything including food and water and if your people are in need you take it. I had a new understanding and appreciation for life as a "Corsair".
I volunteered to fight and run supply ships during the Nomad war, I ran supplies behind enemy lines into Rhineland. I often found safety and guidance at Junker bases... also a mutual hatred for Hogosha. After the war my crew and I bit the bullet and applied w/ the junkers a few years later we had our own nasty bunch so here I sit finally on my own a captain of a junker vessel w/ a sizable inheritance from my family I am a full junker *lights cig* Now time to work. *grins* Ciao mi amigos

The crew of the Concita (named for my Mother) has adapted quickly to our demands my officers are people I met through out my travels many recruited from a lack luster life on Barrier Gate:
- The Red Haired Mara XO and second in command she is fiery.
- Xavier Cross: weapons and salvage expert
- Tito "ugly man" Jones: Chief of Security
- Eldrige Likens "Edge" Bretonian Junker and Nav Officer
- George George "Double Geo" Pilot and Quartermaster
I got my crew mainly from Beaumont because they had already worked together, but they have never worked w/ a Captain like me. We are pulling into the Mollys, not one of my favorite places but they pay well for certain.... goods.

I have a shipment that I want to bring into Liberty and I have a particular need for discretion. *Barney nods* I need you to make a "big deal" somewhere away from Manhattan, ya know explode something?
"May I ask what it is... I mean I can't ask men to risk life and limb?"
*smiles* Always very shrewd, but I clearly don't trust you like you don't trust me. The shipment is something illegal and of very little use to your organization.
"Well how do I know that" *grins*
Tell you what 2 million to your private account and my current information list on Liberty.
"hmmm.... 2.5 and the list"

*blows smoke rings* I believe I have settled up my debts, and I won't to make sure before I roll into NY space. I feel a bit anxious as this is my first trip back as a Cpt; I have been contacted by a group of adventurous smugglers and they seem to have a good handle on the "market".
I know my rogue friend should be arriving to West Point soon along w/ my other friend... this should be interesting.
*yells* Hola mi hermanos, vamos eh.... si es muy importante. Ok I mean it is a hurry because it is very important to get this shipment to Manhattan pronto.
I think I have a hit to orchestrate... someone has bee very bad. I walk to the galley and enjoy the last smoke in my pocket I must go see the cook for he knows much more than cooking.

I have finished speaking w/ our cook, I have considered also leaving my junker flag behind in order to seek out a new opportunity. Perhaps I could become part of this new independent group seeking to challenge the smuggling death lock the junkers enjoy? *rolls cig* Aah disculpe mi junkers, I may see what they have to offer.
I could still operate my "initiatives" on the side, my political aspirations that is... let me see if I could operate this way free of any distraction... not sure what to do?
Junkers or not to be... perhaps I should ask my mentor *blows a smoke ring*

I have spoken w/ my mentor and he has given me good advice, seek my own way ah so he says. *sips brandy* so I think I will contact these seekers and see what assistance I can lend. My crew has headed to the hotel and we seek a bit of a wardrobe change and attitude adjustment.
I would like to increase my political connections so that I may help this group corner the market and be industrious... it does see a shame that the greatest smuggler I know isn't up to do this at the moment. * blows thin stream of smoke* I hope that he might be convinced.
I need to plan a trip to Gamma soon as I have a dealer on Manhattan who is burning through the artifacts I just brought him. Of course the smaller hold makes runs less profitable but it is much more discreet.
*blows smoke up in air* I guess I will have to be real discreet about using PRHJH from now on... knowing what I know now. *door opens* Ah mi compadres.

Feels weird using the guest terminal here, but what can I say the BTE has a much more inclusive program than my dear junkers... plus in all honesty I am a bit more sophisticated than all this. *rolls cigarette* Now where was I... oh yes I have gotten the crew and ship registered as freelance operators so now we are all on aboard.
I have a bit of trouble with the BHG and even the Hogosha but all in due time, credits are more important than all of these personal issues. *blows smoke ring*
I think I will need to get a move on and work on a new route. *rubs hands together* ah and yes wheel and deal I am so very excited.

I have figured it out, I will open up trade w/ the F.A. I should be able to work out my Hogosha issue from there. While it doesn't seem like "smuggler" work, I know they pay well for Synth Paste, it will be just to get me in and get my bribes lined up. The haul itself will only pay for the bribe. I hope that will also make the Kusars closer to friendly.
This smaller vessel puts all of use closer together... maybe I can get one of those sexy Dragon Transports... no operating in Bretonia so maybe I ought not. Perhaps a yacht that is kinda my speed. Si es Concita mariposa neuva ah yes what is not to like except maybe the price.. ey carumba si could be muy costoso ah but the luxury him yes.
I will look at it when I get back to the penthouse could be a good fit. I am excited to be part of the BTE and I think I will be a good fit too. Ah time to get going.

*rolls cigarette* I have just set a course that should take me into Kusari, I think I will however have to change out my vessel to one that is how you say... buen luchador you know good w/ the pew pew. The Civ freighter can be modified to have larger crew areas and takes class 9 weapons. Aye si that can be the one. I hope that the F.A. roll out the red carpet or I will be in really deep and be S.O.L. as it were.
*puffs long puff* No worries I think that I can safely land on the IC stations and Blood dragons... but no Hogosha bribe would be found there.
I will worry about that when I get there for now I smoke a bit and drink a little...what is this *reads label aloud* uh oh well down the hatch.

So I am smarter than I give myself credit sometimes, I have managed to resolve my little Kusari issue w/ out even venturing to Kusari. I met a wonderful man who knew a man and viola dis handsome is how you say, bueno como el oro... good as gold. Kishiro operates right here and I was able to set it all up 1..2...3 cost me a million credits but what is a million credits?
*lights cigarette* ah today I ink a deal which will be super venture, I am buying an independent start-up freelance traders business and I will get a share of the proceeds, he need de money and I has de money, so I say don't pay me back just let me run the company, completely in the shadows of course.
*blows smoke rings* I want this young man to pony up to a larger vessel so that I can make a bit more cash. Ah it is all falling into place step by step. I can get this guy to run jobs into Kusari too, since its is not my favorite place. *blows long smoke stream*
