Having actually read the reply, I was surprised to find that it wasn't a much simpler "sorry can not do due to budgetary constraints" or similar reply.

From what I read, it seems this Mr. Paul Shawcross, has an actual sense of humor, something that I find to be a bit of a rarity in the upper echelons of power.

It is a well written, well thought out reply to the petition.

Good work that man!
