Hello there, my question is how many characters i can use in game?

Could you explain what exactly you mean? Are you allowed to have more than 1 character, or to have "more than one instance of Discovery open to fly their own characters" ? In case of that second question, answer is no, it's called multiboxing and not allowed here (although I know on other servers you can do it).

The exact question is this:
I have 5 characters with 5 deferent ships for diferent purpose but that's it, i can't make another one , so is that the maximum number or i have to ask someone for permision?

Freelancer Account Manager. Look it up and download it. It will let you have as many accounts you want. 5 per one. Not sure how you get more numbers for the account but just ask and people will tell i'm sure.

Account Manager is ok, but you'd also need FL Key Generator to use it fully.
Launchpad both creates and allows you to swap between accounts, you can find information of all of these and a couple of other useful programs in this thread.

I found if you try activate an invalid account from FLAM, Freelancer generates a new account upon entering multiplayer.

So using what was mentioned above you can have as many chars as possible. There is no limit.

Indeed: only your money, imagination and will to play them will limit you (unless you do make one of EVERY ship in every faction).

So i have one simular question.
I will ask it here because i dont want to make a new thread.
I invited one of my friends to play discovery with me in my house to have some fun (bouth Laptops connected via WiFi) but on his computer the surver was not showing, even when we reinstal the game and all. But when he goes to his house he said that there everything was OK and he was able to play normally. Is there some solution of this problem or this is something made for purpouse.

Sounds like some sort of connectivity problem. I've played with my buddies with as much as 4 in one house. There is no "block" for this sort of thing.
I am unsure on a solution though. Someone smarter than me may know why
