Um.... You do realize this is only for 'til the RP thing ends.....
I think what is going on here is since the Chancellor is in no position at the moment to make decisions, it is up to the council and her more trusted Admirals (myself & Krieg[who is just slightly higher on the scale I think due to tons more experience]) to keep Rheinland from going to ruins or being conquered by someone AND to keep Rheinland borders enforced. Meaning the destruction of Liberty war vessels in Rheinland.
That's just an assumption, though. I wasn't filled in on the details....
