Hi everyone, Jamez here.
I use a gunboat ALOT. I love them.
I'd like to be able to use the light mortar but i cant. It uses 500k energy, gunboats have 300-400k energy.
My proposal is have a mortar for each class of ship.
Light Mortar - Gunboats - use 350K energy.
Mortar - Cruisers - use 450K energy.
Heavy Mortar - Battleships - use 550K energy.
I need feedback from igiss on this idea.

Sound good but that would be not a gunboat any more.
Instead maybe make an Adv one with the name TorpedoBoat that has anough energy 2 use the light morters.

Sledge... What a good idea. Anti BS torpedo boat. Lightly armed exept the torpedos
and possibly quicker, or more manouverable to counter its vunerability.
A get in fast... Hit your target... Get out fast type of craft..... Nice

Yes the mortars do need reduced energy consumption (usage). I think Igiss said he was reducing it but I'm not sure. But yeah the heavy mortars take so much energy i can only shoot 2 torps, but thats fine since they do tons of damage. But the lights were made to be used on gunboats but are too high for it to even shoot once. Lights need slight damage reduction and energy consumption. normal mortars are for cruisers but I havent heard of any complaints about those being to energy consumptious. I might test that sometime.
