Overview: The Gallic Nationalist Movement (GNM) is a politic group within Gallia that has the funding and connections to pursue their ideals. They currently make up roughly one quarter of the population of Gallia and have been slowly gaining support ever since the beginning of the Second Gallia War. The GNM support the crown but their faith in King Charles XI has all but vanished. His decision to try and reason with the other houses while we deal with the Council is unacceptable, now is the time to press the attack on all fronts, to show the superiority of Gallia and to cleanse the universe of these inferieur beings forever.
The GNM has much influence in the Gallic parliament and this could be used to their advantage to pursue their ideals from Ile-De-France to the far reaches of the unknown.
Goals of the GNM:
- Make all who question the purity of our Gallic blood, Disappear.
- Spread our ideals throughout Gallia.
- Keep inferieur beings from entering Gallia space, and expel or capture all that are already within.
- Capture inferieur beings from hostile systems and bring them back for l’experimentation genetique to find a way to cure their inferieur genes.
- Use “cured” beings as a workforce to replace the superior Gallic population, though if no cure can be found, a universal cleansing can be the only option. Also offer any new treatments to traders that enter Gallia space to ensure we only deal with pure beings.
- Securing Tau-23 for miners who support Gallia and Keeping those who would supply our enemies out of the system.
GNN Ships:
XJ-1 “Caracal” Class Gallic Light Fighter
The Caracal is a common sight in the GNM fleet, this is due to private investors being able to fund their production on large scales and also due to the influx of new supporters from within in the naval ranks.
Ux-256 “Moonbeam” Gallic Civilian Light Fighter
Due to the large influx of members to the GNM party a lot of Gallic citizens have brought their own ship to help serve our great empire.
XJ-2 “Serval” Class Gallic Heavy Fighter
The Serval is the ship for the common pilot, they are a cost effective way to keep our pilots one step ahead of the enemy and
UY-258 “Sunbeam” Gallic Civilian Heavy Fighter
Due to the large influx of members to the GNM party a lot of Gallic citizens have brought their own ship to help serve our great empire.
XJ-3 “Lynx” Class Gallic Very Heavy Fighter
Private investors are able to fund the production of small numbers of these ships, but the extra capabilities of the ships come at a cost, so they are mainly kept for more experienced pilots within the GNM ranks.
BXJ-5 “Cougar” Class Gallic Bomber
These bombers are much rarer within the GNM ranks than their fighter counterparts. The cost of their construction is too much for private investors to build vast numbers, because of this only experienced pilots are used for these ships
UZ-300 “Eclipse” Gallic Civilian Bomber
With the funding coming in from private investors a small number of the GNM recruits that show promising piloting skills are allowed to use these bombers in the field to gain the experience needed to fly the Cougar.
Gallic “Perilous” Class Gunboat
Very few gunboats have ever been produced for the GNM, though most of the gunboats that are currently in service came under our control after the members of the crew joined the party and began to see it our way.
Gallic “Obstinate” Class Cruiser
The GNM is yet to obtain or build a cruiser and the likely hood of that happening is very low, though if the GNM continues to gain influence in Gallia than more investors may jump on board and access to this ship will become possible.
Gallic Royal Navy “Valor” Class Battleship
We would an enormous funding boost that is unlikely to happen to be able to produce these ships, though this doesn't mean the GNM doesn't have control over one. The Battleship LeFuhrer is the GNM’s flagship, probably one of our most impressive feats yet. Pepi Lefuhrer was a supporter of the GNM for many years before he was promoted to the rank of captain aboard the battleship Quennel. He quickly got to work and attempted to get the crew of the ship to join up with the GNM though not even half ended up joining, though because of his position he was able to transfer the crew members that wouldn't support the GNM off the ship and replace them with those who would. Because of his actions we now have a Valor class battleship under our command and the ship was renamed the Lefuhrer due to the service he did for the GNM.
