I was asking because If i bought an alg ship, then got full rank with dse, bought a dse licence, got the turrets, would I get the bonus.
Don't try to be smart of which you lack by asking a question to another question.

1. The ALG Transport "Golem" - is not a mining ship - its a Transport - refer to http://discoverygc.com/wiki/Transports
2. ALG - isnt a mining faction
if you want to do mining refer to mining guide at forum
Miners (short version):
- have a Miner ID - or they belong to a mining faction like IMG, BMM, Kruger, ....
- have a mining ship (Arrastra, Hegemon, etc.)
- have mining turrents
- have a miners IFF flashing

The Golem is a transport AND mining vessel. However, mining with the Golem only works with ALG ID & IFF and limited to mining scrap metal and toxic waste mining only.

The Mining Guide has a list of the 'ore-mining' ships. ALG cannot use them to mine ore, and has their own three ships for 'cleaning' scrap and waste.

Like the Sally, the Golem is a highly prized ship within it's faction.
It's highly unlikely to see anyone outside of the ALG piloting it, and they would need an extremely good explanation.

That's also a fair point, I think the IMG| has permission for only a few, perhaps Gateway too if they wanted to go for it. It's a perfectly valid RP for ALG to do, and proper allies would go along with it
