ok befor i take this group any further i would like some feed back form the disco community
IE the pros and cons i have just took over this group so i want to try and make it work thanks in advance for you replies

As you asked and it is commendable to know where you start from when rebuilding.
The following are only my perceptions and may diverge from others in the community but you have inherited a group with a poor reputation at present.
In my experience mainly generated through Pheonix and Black Scorpion (unsure if they are the same pilots).
Rightly or wrongly there is a perception that [7th] do what they want, on their terms irrespective of what is going on around them.
Rarely respond to distress calls.
Not listening to primary fleet "requests".
Rude/flippant to other lawfuls.
Constant smack talking and deriding others.
Leaving battles.
Often not entering battles but peeling off at 10/15 K.

those 2 ships are no longer in the 7th and i know i have alot of work ahead of me to fix the wrongs that old members have caused
