So, I'm stepping Down. - Sarawr!? - 03-18-2013
I love you guys, and I love the SCRA|, but I simply don't have the time or energy to effectively lead as 1IC anymore. I'll be staying on in High Command to help keep things running, but I won't be the top of the chain anymore, that'll be Nik, since he's already the 2IC.
It's been a fun run, you guys, and I really am sorry that I don't have the ability to balance the time I have adequately enough to continue leading the SCRA|, but again, I will be staying on, and I -will- continue to try and steer you guys in the right direction, I just can't be at the top effectively anymore.
I tried hard to keep us alive, in the wake of Alivn, and then Aphil, leaving... and I think that I at least managed that, even if our activity only spiked for a little while. I know you guys can be awesome, and I know you guys want that as well, so just keep on doing what you do, and try to boost your activity, and I'll continue to try and do what I can to help as well.

We already talked about this. And you know i want you to stay in HC, because frankly, We love you too.
Having you in the SCRA| has been awesome ,and we did so much fun stuff, I'm hoping to continue it and raise our activity and awesomeness again.

I'm still going to remain an active member of the faction leadership, even if only in the background most of the time, it's just that with everything that's going on, I don't think that I can be effective as -the- leader anymore.

I've been thinking about it for a while, and this was it. SCRA has been declining, and I really don't want to see it disappear. It's an important faction, and I really want to see it stick around. I've applied; maybe I can help out a little bit.
