Good afternoon your Highness,
I am certain that you know who I am and why I had to leave the Royal Navy active service, so I can keep this short. I was forced to leave the Navy after an accident on board of the Heavy Cruiser Panthere which damaged my body in a way that left me unable to fly or command a ship, so your father has granted me the title of the Vicomte of Nevers, to take care of the administrative dutys on this planet. A task I have fulfilled to my best ability and knowledge.
The Royal Navy files containing information about my person should be able to give you every bit of additional information you might require.
Due to a new kind of treatment most of my wounds have been healed and I consider myself to be able to return to active service.
I wish to bring Gallia further to the overall victory we deserve, should you let me do my part in this task once more.
