Hmm Thinking...don't re-install describe the problems to me. I work for a PC repair co. Re-installing i will not protect your accounts hmm though i will test it out for you.

Start menu-Microsoft Games-Freelancer-Examine my accaunt ID

write this down, or save it on a disc, or print it.

Or use Korrds accaunt manager LINK

ditto as above but make sure you export your accounts into a very safe location then when it comes to playing FL again, if you decide to reinstall, import them into the FLAM (FreeLancer Account Manager) then double-click it to activate then your ships should be safe:)

1. Download Korrd's tool in previous post
2. Install it
3. Load your account(s) onto it, then press "Export"
4. Name it whatever you want, and if you have more than one, "export all"
5. Email the .ADF file to yourself

Then do whatever you have to do... once you're set to get your account back

6. Download the file you emailed yourself
7. Open up the Account Manager and "Import" and "from file"
8. Find the .ADF file and you're all set to go!
