Isn't Wolf Creek a tourist information film?

Funny, but true.

Even the bit with the Koala is semi-accurate, but you have to try hard to get them to do that, if you look in the dictionary under 'laid back/relaxed' there is a picture of a Koala. Big Grin
I reckon the Koala in the clip was having a *really* bad day...

Frill neck lizards just look scary, they are pretty harmless.

Funnel Webs are nasty. Apparently they are one of the very few spiders that will actually attack instead of running away. Something to think about.

Come to Western Australia, we don't have Funnel Web spiders over here, although we DO have the Dugite [said like this: due gite.] (a snake) which kinda makes up for it. Tongue

Isn't the funnel web the one that rears up to bite, as it's fangs are so long?
That's also the one that can bite through finger nails too right?

No clue, but it can kill you. Redback spider can't, but it is apparently really painful

Are you talking about the Tasmanian Devil?

Fortunately, you literally only find those nasty sods in Tasmania.

They like to eat carrion and I've read that they literally eat *everything* and have a set of jaws that enable them to do it too.

@Crackpunch, yes, the Funnel Web does rear up on it's back legs like that.
