Is it cool if a GC or Outcast flies a BDragon gunboat, or are they going to get shot at because of its super-edgy description?

You might get away with it if you're a GC, but any self-respecting Dragon will certainly shoot an Outcast that stole on of their gunboats.
The Outcasts are not allies of the Dragons. On the contrary, the Dragons do not like them due to the whole cardamine thing.
But eh, Blood Dragons don't exist anyway.

Gathering stats for all factions is nice, but getting rid of all the less played ones isn't.
They don't have to be constantly active. Every faction, including blood dragons, has its own occasional bout of activity. Might not last a long time; might just be a few hours a week, but it still keeps the game diverse.
I'd say the dragons in elder scrolls are pretty inactive. Should have removed them years ago because people never saw them. But we all know they eventually woke up for some fun.

I don't neccesarily mean getting rid of them. Maybe give the NPCs of the less played factions a little boost so they become more of a threat or sumthin
