Hi everyone, I am new to discovery and I am still a bit confused whit the ID s. I was thinking of getting a freelancer ID cause I d like to explore the game, get the most bases. Who do I have to be friend with to get the ID? Any tips for my freelancer char are welcome. Thanks in advance.:crazy:

you can get the freelancer ID from texas, I think a reasonable rep with liberty police is all you need.
as a freelancer, your RP is pretty open, just don't expect everyone to be your friend.

Ok thanks everyone.
Now I have bought the freelancer ID But I think I still got the Liberty Police Tag, I think. The LP is flashing when I press F8.
Do I have to change the tag?

If you fail police missions your rep with them will drop and so will the tag in front of your name.

No need to FAIL the mission's. Just take them,F6 abort. Do several time's, and boom LP will no longer be your tag. No point/need to leave base. If you need more mission's to take F1/ select new char/ pick same char, and voila... more mission's.

yeha every body i just start playing again and i'm finely getting some were again but i'm having trouble buying a Pirate ID i have found were i can get them but they will not let me by the so i had to get a merc ID
but thats not what i really wanted if someone could help me out that would be great

If you want a Freelancer IFF to go with your ID, i think there was a post about how to get it its ment to be one of the hardest Tags to get in the game, something about getting a full BH tag then aborting missions and then 12000 other things.
Have fun with that:P
