Hi everyone!
When I was playing with my friends (2-3 players) on LAN servers. I find it quite addicting and I thought that it might have a global internet server! As I browse through google, I found this global server and decided to join in.
It seems that the community been active even after few years. I am glad there is a community exist in Freelancer.
I am not sure how things run in this global server. But from what I saw, a lot of interesting mods has been added in. So the all I need is just an original Freelancer CD to play on global?
Please advise.

You need the orig. freelancer CD, Freelancer Mod Manager, and the discovery Mod.

To make a quick correction to Puck's statement you dont really need the CD FL is now freeware so it is not illegal to Dl. so if you are a person who likes pirating stuff. you dont have to worry about doing illegal activity when DL this game from another person:D.

A few places I'd recommend to avoid any confusion, the faction status page will give you a guide to who's who around here, avoiding a few moments of confusion for you hopefully.
Other than that the rules is an obvious place, familiariisng yoursefl with them will prevent any unnecessary sanctions.

Well, I drove 95++ degree ship turn all time without getting dizzy, I would like to use Light fighter but I like eagle as well, any smaller eagle version (lighter and manuverable)? I used to pilot Drake though.
