This is Corren Fallis, Captain of Prison Liner Georgia. I am requesting premission to confiscate all Liberty enemy pilots. These pilots are enemies of the state and must be brought to a police base for questioning and trial. However it is unlikely that any civilian, or like wise, will bring these enemies to justice. I request premission to anchor off of manhattan and first request, and then demand for these pilots to be handed over to Georgia. If you need any further information to make my request official please contact me. I hope that you will give my request furthur consideration.
