Hello to all admins,
Can you make a new rule?
Everytime if my girlfriend comes online and she haves level 90 and money, the members ask here everytime money, it makes here crazy!!
Now she gives 10 mill to a member, and i gives sometimes money to new members!!
But make a rule, for some people is this not funny!!
Do something that begging!!

What admins will take from this players? Remove guns from their CSV?

You can make a restart and make money, work for you money, do not everytime begging!!

It happens, but there are steps to avoid it. Make a bankship only used for holding creds and equipment.
Youre everyday ships are then at a level where peeps dont go scrounging :-)

ask the begger where in your char name the word bank is ( OFC dosent work if you are flying in a ship called Bank)
that normal will shut them up.

I know the feeling , but there is nothing realy to do about .
Sometimes i give them some 10-20 mils , sometime i just tell them i will not give them any money .
Realy , you can't do anything , when a stranger starts beging , he remains a beggar , you realy think we can change them ?

I don't see what the problem is here. I have two lvl 90 ships, and sure people beg occasionally (or ask if I want to buy something), but it really doesn't happen that much.
I have no problem telling a new guy every 20 minutes or so: "No, it's better for you to make your own money, that's what I did. But if you have questions, I can help you"
Also, you actually give them money and THEN complain that they shouldn't beg? I don't get it.

Edit again: I gotta say, I'm seeing some very bad attitudes here.
Instead of ignoring new players or asking for rules to punish them for being new, maybe instead you could try......being nice to them? *shock*
The server NEEDS new players. And new players need to feel welcomed, not like they're a liability.
If they're below level 20, tell them about restart. If they're not, maybe give them some tips on how to make money.

Well theres a rule against oorp chat. If theyr begging oorp you can use that, and if theyr not, seems like perfectly valid RP. But is it really such a big problem? especially if you have a bank ship. Remember, we want new players.

Instead of doing all that, why not add more starting cash, or why not increase auto-messages about forums, or angels.

I, like most vets (but mostly as an idiot who didn't know the restart command) earned my first million in a starflier. The CSV is already a hell of a lot better than the starflier, plus what's wrong with putting a little effort into your first character?
