My name is Chistu Wanabe, Admiral in the secondary fleet of our naval forces.

I have something urgent to report. Today when patrolling in Kyushu I found this Blood Dragon Cruiser traveling through Kyushu. Naturally I stopped it and started my questioning, but something was off, see the ship was carrying Zoner Identification.

Naturally I weighed my options and Told their captain that he was violating these rules of our legal codex.

I ask the KPT and the KSP to keep a close eye on the SolarR group and this individual in particular (SolarR[X]-Proj.Sanda through TLAGSnet and the KPT intelligence network.

From the rest of you I request that you possibly brand this group / ship in particular an enemy of the state and to be added to all relevant bounty boards and to be denied docking right access / branded an enemy on all of your bases.

We will make sure to watch-out for these Solar marked Zoners, though I would not be surprised if the Dragons got to them first: I cannot imagine they would easily part with such a vessel.
