Corsair transport. - CorsairCouncil - 05-29-2013 I'm trying out this 3D modeling thing, and since it seems that there is a lack of a Corsair transport I'm going for that. I'm not very good at getting this program to do what I want yet, but this is what I've got so far. It's still a work in progress. http://i585.photobucket.com/albums/ss298/micson128/Corsairtransport.png~original RE: Corsair transport. - ProfGiggles - 05-29-2013 Damn it. Posted from the wrong account. >_> RE: Corsair transport. - nOmnomnOm - 05-29-2013 Looking good so far! Hope to see where this can go. RE: Corsair transport. - Anaximander - 05-29-2013 It looks awesome! But I think the idea, at least from the other threads, was more of a Pirate Transport gun-heavy type of ship; and this looks more like a great Corsair Train. You could have both though, I'd like to see that. Great job. RE: Corsair transport. - ProfGiggles - 05-30-2013 Right. Now that you mention it, it looks like I made this into a train instead. Oh well. Have an update! http://s585.photobucket.com/user/micson128/media/2.png.html?sort=3&o=1 http://s585.photobucket.com/user/micson128/media/1.png.html?sort=3&o=2 http://s585.photobucket.com/user/micson128/media/3.png.html?sort=3&o=0 RE: Corsair transport. - Veygaar - 05-30-2013 Definitely a shell for a train. But interesting none-the-less. It will need alot of detail work though. RE: Corsair transport. - Curios - 05-30-2013 Horns 8| RE: Corsair transport. - ProfGiggles - 05-30-2013 Ok. I've been fiddling with it a bit to make it smaller and more heavily armored combat transport. Replaced the lower cargo pod with some thick armor plates and reduced the length of the ship to make room for engines. http://i585.photobucket.com/albums/ss298/micson128/Sairtransport1.png~original http://i585.photobucket.com/albums/ss298/micson128/Sairtransport2.png~original http://i585.photobucket.com/albums/ss298/micson128/Sairtransport3.png~original http://i585.photobucket.com/albums/ss298/micson128/Sairtransport4.png~original RE: Corsair transport. - nOmnomnOm - 05-30-2013 Keep it comming its lookin' awesome! RE: Corsair transport. - Silver - 05-30-2013 o.O I thought the Dura was already in the works. Just sayin'. 8| |
