Bonjour Monsieur,
I have some very disturbing news, it seems you may have an Outcast Mole within your Organisation.
Earlier today a GMS Miner and an EFL Trader were in the Ore Fields of Tau 23 when a Outcast Ship, Penteractic, proceeded to chase both ships to our Base. Luckily both the GMS and EFL ships safely docked.
The Outcast then decided to send broadcasts to the Base. See below for a copy of the communications (I still have the original if you feel the need to see them).

Penteractic – Signore, IDF doesn’t like GMS.
GMS Miner – And what does this have to do with an Outcast?
Penteractic – To rob you, signore
GMS Miner – So you work for IDF?
Penteractic – Seychelles will be burned.
Penteractic – No signore, I extort IDF traders.
Penteractic – I hope Seychelles will die.
Penteractic – And this base too.
GMS Miner – That is none of our concern. IDF must protect its own assets. And unfortunately, I do not see your threats as anything but idle.
The Outcast seems to have knowledge of how IDF feel towards GMS. I must admit I am a little surprised about this. I know that we haven't always seen eye to eye, on everything, but GMS has treated IDF with the utmost respect.
PS. Just in case you don't know we have put a Bounty on this upstart as he is becoming a minor annoyance to GMS and Gallic Shipping.

you are as illuminated as we are, we have no idea what this Outcast is spouting and as they have made clear they hold no love for IDF we are not particularly preturbed.
Regarding knowledge of how IDF and GMS feel I presume he has as much knowledge of how IDF feel about GMS as he does about how GMS feels about IDF. Politely I would suggest they are a dirst agitateur and are to be ignored.
Here at IDF headquaters we have no reason to not like GMS and if this person spouted the opposite that GMS did not like IDF then I would just ignore it.

Maybe you are right, maybe it was nothing. But, with Gallia beset with enemies from all sides you never can be too careful. We will put this down as a possibility that the Outcasts are trying to start a war of disinformation to cause discord between Gallic Corporations.
