I've started planing on building a station, when i realized that i need certain ingredients to be able to build a station. I was don't have the first idea what that might be

I've talked to one of the Angels, he/she said the following ingredients are neccesary:
140 Polymers
140 Industrial Materials
100 Basic Alloy
140 Super Alloy
50 Optronics
50 Cryocubes
30 Nuclear divices
But the base will die within minutes after being built if you don't have the supplies ready
