If you just delete that file, it shouldn't cause any problems.
If you're not comfortable deleting it though, you can just move it out of your Discovery folder and keep it somewhere else so you can move it back if you ever need it.

i have a new question now. we moved the FL hook file out of the folder into a different area and now we can use heavy weapons, but now our server will crash periodically, how do we fix this now and still be able to use our heavy weapons? this is our new problem. we will be doing a mission or just roaming the galaxy and now since we moved the FLhook file like we were told to do so we could use the mortors and battle razors our server keeps crashing periodically. I apologize if I keep bothering everyone with this but we just wanna enjoy the game and be able to play the game to its fullest. we appreciate any help thank you everyone
