Hey Kids! Legit Questions from a new guy

So me and mine have been playing on another home based server and using the discover MOD. Which of course made me fall in love with the blasted discover storyline...which has brought me here -.-. The issue with this is I can't for the life of me find the direct IP and of course the client server is long dead. HALP PLZ!
