Having been born two minutes later...Oogway is the identical twin to Segway. Although Oogway and Segway may look exactly alike their personalities couldn't be more opposite. While Segway and father traveled the universe, Oogway spent his childhood loosing his thoughts while staring into the nights sky always wondering what brother and father were up to. With a knack for fixing just about anything with parts Oogway became tired of waiting for family on the ground when all the universe had to offer was right at his fingertips. Incidently, after fathers death, oogway build his first ship out of spare parts and began his search to meet Segway somewhere in the Galaxy.
Though it sounds simple enough Oogway actually overcame quite a feat. You see, The reason Oogway was forced to stay at home was due to his eccentricities..beyond being slow to anger, Oogway has a habit of being very forgetful, distracted by pretty objects/ spacial anomalies, and has a tendency not only to be slow to respond, but when he does most can't tell if he's giving them sage like advice or simply showing his insanity. Trying to Follow both his brother and father's trading steps Oogway started off transporting passengers to make ends meet but low and behold after one wrong turn too many Oogway got hopelessly lost in his attempt to find Segway. Now, Oogway wonders the galaxy with two different objectives: trading anything and everything that he finds "Shiny" and finding Segway. Unfortunately Oogway's mind can only handle one task at a time... Thus "shiny objects" are still currently his fascination.
