Well I want to know whats the best way to get some rep for so faction.

That if it best to do a restart and if so which or just use the Starflier.

where to do easy mission or thing to shoot to help with get liked more

With everyone starting off hostile to CR, you'll need to do a bit of work to sort that. If you don't want to get full rep, IMG bribes and missions are the most effective, although anything to do with shooting Outcasts or GRN is good too.
