I've been away for about a year due to injuries
I had in the battle for Minor. The aged and worn
out body could not take many weeks after the
battle. I was eventually transferred to intensive
care. I have been in isolation in a secret location.
The doctors who treated my wounds indicate that
I am able to return to the battlefield. Unfortunately
my absence and sleep on which I was doe the
treatment made sure I was out of date on the
developments after the battle. The present
communication serves to ask the officers of the
Order along some information that I can be useful.
Reached my ears that the OEF disappeared. I'm
afraid that the bold actions undertaken by this force
as well as my absence of the command may have
resulted in their annihilation. I do not plan to return
to the command or restore OEF. I will wait for a
response to my request.

"Order Elite Force" group never qualified for our "elite" status as a pilots due to being below those standards standards. Given it was your group, it likely went into disarray with your departure. Check Order camps for any survivors but I would not have any big hopes. Meanwhile try not to break anything with 141 or my operations in Omicrons...
What a hostility to a member of the order. My main question has nothing to do
with your response and I think that I said that I would not restore O.E.F. at least
for now. Even if I come to do it, would be to help, not the relentless pursuit of
power that is apparently within The Order. I do not get involved in these little wars.
My concern is the Nomad threat and not power. My question serves only to avoid
unnecessary conflict within The Order. Conflicts that appears that despite of my
efforts continue to be search. Anyway if you could answer my real question. On
the latest developments, I will be glad. Try to avoid trivialities.

200 thousand survivors on Akabat and Thebes, 800 thousand are dead. You can calculate chances of survival by yourself. If you consider my tone to be aggresive, you may require getting used to it. My more friendly past died and got buried on Toledo where I have broken so many bones it took all of Order science to get me back into world of the living.
I don't know who told you about so called race of rats within our ranks but there is no power struggle or conflict. Since I took command, discomfort of unstable and short-lived leadership of my precedessors are another relicts of the past. Barnes is burning in hell reserved for traitors. Overwatch is absolute authority in The Order.
Now to put bluntly what I wanted to say in my failed attempt to sound as friendly I can. Update yourself on Order relations and recent military operations. Learn about recent developments in Omicrons and beyond. Once you get a full picture, return to duty and destroy as many Nomads, Core and Nomad huggers is logically possible for you. I remember of your previous personnal conflict with 141 and I do not want to see that ever repeating.
I could go like that entire day but we can return to previous tone. No hard feelings, I have went through enough to abandon "honorable white knight" standard in exchange for "do whatever it takes". I feel no hatred to any of my subordinates, including you.
